About me I am an Irish singer and harpist based in Limerick. Having completed my Vocal Studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama under Dr Suzanne Murphy, I have returned to Ireland to further my career. Since coming home I have worked with Anúna, Barespace Theatre Company and most recently taken part in Opera Ireland's production of Gounod's Romeo et Juliette at the Gaiety Theatre. I have been performing as a harpist for over a decade. I have played regularly in Bunratty Castle since 2001 and have recently featured as a soloist on the CBS radio station as a guest of Peter Greenberg. Listen to Jean on CBS Radio I have also been performing at weddings and other functions for over 10 years. During the last US presidential visit I played for US and Irish Government officials and ministers at a reception in the Adare Manor. My summers are spent performing on the slopes of the Cliffs of Moher, where the beautiful setting and enjoyment of the passing visitors reminds me of why I first fell in love with music.
